Our lost time, Is at the end of iced ages, When the night was shining, During thousands of winters. It’s been always. With arrival of white kingdom, So it could be now, But there’s nothing to be back yet. «Our time has fallen, forsaken by us, When taking away and giving back, Into the name of long nights, We returned one hour back, And then like being reborn, In impenetrable hearts of winterwoods, Merging with snow and ice, We became single being with winter…» Our time is in silent grief of trees, Deep under their roots, In the frozen tears. In echoes of memory for deaf sadness there are traces on ancient bark only. With funeral howl of northern wind, Snowfall wraps our souls in ashes, And at the threshold of eternity, We woke up after life’s dream and are free… «Our time is hidden beyond blizzard, Where air trembles from frost, Where one can fall trough snow till his belt, There are monochrome white veil around only. "One Hour Ago Where Night Was Longer" was composed and recorded in January-February 2012. It was first available online in August 2014 as a single. In 2019 the track was remixed and remastered.
